Review on Rosewill R-BM-01: Premium 2-Pound Programmable Bread Maker with Ultra Fast Baking by Bret Wong

The bread maker does its job, but it's not perfect. The horn to warn me isn't loud enough so I never hear the horn telling me to add nuts or other additives or turn off the machine. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, and there's no step-by-step breakdown to tell you what's happening where. Other bread makers I've had have given a timetable for the different steps the machine goes through and how long each of those steps takes. So if you want to change the process in any way, you know where you are at. Not this one. Being a bread baker my whole life, I already have my favorite recipes and know what to put in the machine to make good bread. But if this was my first bread maker and I had to rely on its instruction manual and bread recipes I would only give it 1 star. I used her recipe for my very first bread and it was awful. My tried and true recipes work great in this bread maker so I'll take full advantage of it and buy another one next time. And I don't recommend it to anyone who doesn't already know how to use a bread machine and doesn't have favorite bread recipes.
