VG product and excellent value for money - the Rosewill norm

Like other Rosewill products I've bought, this bread maker is well designed and built - and makes a world of difference. I never cook bread in machines, especially if the pan is non-stick (this one). It is used as a kneader and does the job much better than my previous Oster machines. I've had 3 osters which have gradually deteriorated to the point where my last one only lasted a few months. If this Rosewill lasts a few years or more, I'll be perfectly satisfied.

Always fresh bread!

I love this bread maker! I remember my very first bread maker and the chewy texture bread always had. When I got this machine I decided to cycle the dough with it and then bake it in my oven. Unfortunately, I had severe back pain when it came, so I went ahead and ran the full cycle. To my great surprise, the texture of the bread was perfect. My roommate and I usually eat a 1.5lb loaf of bread in 2 or 3 days and we've stopped buying bread from the grocery store completely. This is a good car at…

The bread machine is good for the bread machine

So, I've wanted a bread machine for a long time and finally decided to buy it. I've struggled to get the recipe right and so far all the loaves I've made fall through the middle once the baking cycle begins. I'm not sure if the machine is to blame or not. I've changed the ingredients in various ways, added more yeast, less yeast, more fluoride, less flour, I just can't get it right. But the taste of the bread is great and the texture is great. Only the cave is the problem. The car itself is…

Amazing for the price!

Hammer price! I've had it for over a year and have made many loaves. It only gets four stars because you can't customize the programming. Most of my loaves come out slightly overcooked, and the only way I've found to solve this problem is to take time to remind myself to turn off the machine about 20 minutes before the end of the cycle . I want the machine to run while I'm gone (or while I'm sleeping), but when I do it's overkill. Definitely not inedible, but a bit dry. That's a small drop of…

Thanks to those who replied to my question!

I like this product. I was wary of bread machines because a lot of people around me told me they used to use them but don't use them anymore. I also had a roommate who used a bread maker and it came out very poorly. And then my husband was suspicious of the bread maker, so I asked the question and quite a few people answered very positively. I got up the courage to buy it and now I like it. The main thing is to arrange the ingredients in the order in which they are listed. Never mix yeast and…

Pros

Cons
  • Functionality

The bread maker does its job, but it's not perfect. The horn to warn me isn't loud enough so I never hear the horn telling me to add nuts or other additives or turn off the machine. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, and there's no step-by-step breakdown to tell you what's happening where. Other bread makers I've had have given a timetable for the different steps the machine goes through and how long each of those steps takes. So if you want to change the process in any way, you know…

Fantastic Bread Machine

I have used a lot of A/V and computer hardware from this manufacturer in the past, always with great results. This was no exception. So far I've baked at least 2 loaves of bread a week with this machine and every single one of them has turned out flawlessly. Even without using liquid measuring cups to measure liquid ingredients (which I've read in several places can ruin your loaf of bread with bread machines), each loaf was delicious! So far I've tried extra quick bread settings, basic white…
