Review on Rosewill R-BM-01: Premium 2-Pound Programmable Bread Maker with Ultra Fast Baking by Kevin Garcia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Thanks to those who replied to my question!

I like this product. I was wary of bread machines because a lot of people around me told me they used to use them but don't use them anymore. I also had a roommate who used a bread maker and it came out very poorly. And then my husband was suspicious of the bread maker, so I asked the question and quite a few people answered very positively. I got up the courage to buy it and now I like it. The main thing is to arrange the ingredients in the order in which they are listed. Never mix yeast and salt. For me it was like a science project. The only thing that I think could be improved is the user manual - it's great that it's multilingual, but it must have been put together by someone who is a MS Word beginner as its layout is inconsistent. It could be better organized but it's good. Another caveat: select menu before selecting bread size. When you select a menu, the size automatically reverts back to 2.0 lbs. I wish the buttons were left-to-right to press, but this isn't a smart breadmaker - it gets the job done and shouldn't be high-tech. for highly educated people like me.
