I have never used monograde cables but I have read on several forums about the value for money they offer. I just bought a new LG C8 and receiver so I wanted to replace all my old HDMI cables with new ones with 4k support so I ordered 5 of them in 3ft size and 6ft from another company (Mediabridge). . Quality mono prices are very nice! The cables are flexible and the plugs are tight and fit great! I use all mono cables from my equipment to the receiver and media bridge to the TV. The first thing I notice is that I get choppy images and drop out when streaming. The arch on the TV doesn't work either, so I think maybe the TV is acting weird. I wasn't sure what to do with the media bridge cable because it was very stiff and didn't fit the connector very well compared to all the ones I had. I immediately went back and bought an 8 foot version of this mono value cable and when it arrived today I plugged it in. I immediately noticed that not only does the arc work right away, but the picture is clear and does not fall out! I can't tense up! Get certified cables and get it right the first time so you don't have to rip everything out to remake a bad cable like I did!
