We had planned a month-long tour of Colorado in our small teardrop RV and I wanted to make sure my back wouldn't pay the price. It folded flat enough to stow next to our bike and still offered some height to my screen and even the ability to stand while working. A few notes: Laptops that are too heavy to hold are fragile, I felt like they could tip over with my tiny laptop standing. Also, the feet should be a bit sticky, the hole slides around, but I put a soft material underneath and that seemed to help.
