Based on my experience, these coasters claim to be absorbent ceramic but they are far from it. They barely absorb any moisture and leave your table wet defeating the purpose of having a coaster in the first place. The only pro is that they have a nice design. However, the cons outweigh this small benefit .Save your money and invest in better quality coasters from an Industrial and Scientific brand..
