It didn't work for me
I'm disabled and maybe it's just me. But it was uncomfortable for me to maneuver and difficult to pull up. I had a 30 pound bag that I wanted to lift but the cart just rocked back and forth until the box finally fell off. It was easier to just lay the box on its side and slide it up the stairs. I returned this shopping cart.
