Let me explain. I use two toothpastes, maybe a lot of us? You know, likes, kids, life! For me, this is a daily, second whitening. My second toothpaste is charcoal and I use it several times a week before bed. The design of this mug is almost perfect for toothpaste. There is a half cup divider at the bottom that allows the tubes to stand upright. It's heavy, so even full tubes won't tip over. As a toothbrush I have a Sonicare with its own charging station.
