Short-lived/poor product reliability
AI bought this phone for my mom who lives in a Michigan nursing home. I bought it on 08/19/2016. It stopped working on November 1, 2016. All in all, she's been using it for 60 days and it's 100% useless. She makes about 10 calls a week! What a disappointment and apparently I can't return it because it's been 30 days since I bought it. The phone must work for more than 60 days!
