I bought this for a weekend at the beach in Delaware and had to take it off after an hour. They're banned from all beaches in Delaware because a group of Karen complained they didn't like them, so a decision was made. I had no choice but to leave the beach and didn't spend money on hiring an umbrella after purchasing this tent. So check if beach tents are allowed on the beaches you want to go to or just buy an umbrella. Otherwise I love this tent! Great shade, light and easy to carry on and off the beach.
