Bought to replace the regular BMW 328ci 2009 thermostat. The fit wasn't as perfect as the OEM but worked initially. However, after 8 months the thermostat heater element opened the circuit causing DTC P0128 and P0597. I had to buy another thermostat and spent another 5 hours replacing the faulty thermostat. Contacted seller, no response. I do not recommend this product because any of you who have tried to change the thermostat yourself know that it is not an easy task.
