The ability to manage multiple call types (i.e. voice, video, etc.) in one interface, as well as the ability to see callers' availability across all devices. Some of the features can get a little confusing to use at first, but once you've used it for a while, it's easy to pick up. It's a great tool to be able to see who is available to talk to, as well as who is not, so that you can call them when they are available. The ability to manage multiple call types in one interface is great as well. I really like that we are able communicate via our software instead as emails or text messages - saves time! It also allows us access from anywhere in the world so no matter what department you're working for (even if its remotely), everyone has immediate communication capabilities through this platform!! No problems at All. We love how easy everything works together now without having multiple phone numbers/extensions etc..
