The thermalon is so practical, just 90 seconds or less in the microwave and you have it ready any time. The humid heat is really helpful. I used it for shoulder pain. It is amazing how it relaxes your neck tension that comes from the shoulder pain. For my neck I used it warm, not hot. This pad also relaxes you and make you fall asleep faster after you experience pain.
