Not the best: outerwear
You get what you pay for. Cheap stuff. The measurements in the photo are correct but there is no way to keep them stretched when worn so they only cover about 14 inches of the arm making them quite short. Also, the elastic is stretched as much as possible on large arm circumferences and I don't think they would be that comfortable to wear. Wouldn't buy again.
