UPDATE: I am now getting code P0420 on the freeway for low oxygen efficiency, although everything else seems to be working fine. Be careful with any non-OEM O2 sensor you are using. Email customer service was helpful, so for now I'll keep 3 stars until I figure it out. I had a mechanic install it and at first the exhaust leaked with the clamps provided, but after having it welded on instead everything seems fine, just like the original. Be sure to check for exhaust leaks after installation and ideally use a CO meter (not a home detector as they are not sensitive enough) to ensure you are safe in the cabin! FYI, no instructions are included, so you'll have to rely on the reviews here and on YouTube if you haven't already gotten the job done. This article brought my Prius back to life, very happy!
