They are very easy to install and there is no doubt between the flick of a switch and the light. No flicker either. If I had to buy again, I would choose 3000 instead of the lighter 4000 throughout the house and only use 4000 in bathrooms or toilets. The 3000 gets a little warmer and not as bright, but overall a great product!
