Review on Brooks Womens Adrenaline Running Shoe Sports & Fitness in Running by Pogo Shakey

Now my legs are much happier

My boyfriend and I walk at least 5km six times a week to start our day. We're currently running around 16.5 minutes but are trying to improve on that. Both are in their 40s and both have a few pounds to lose. I have weird feet and my right leg has more bursitis than my left and the pain in my legs has made me avoid walking. My last pair were the Go Walk Sketchers, but I wore them until my butt was smooth. I was having pain on the outside of my foot and decided to go ahead and buy better shoes. My oldest daughter ran cross country a few years ago and swore by her Brooks. So I knew she would happily take this pair if I ordered them and hated her because her foot size matched mine. I chose this pair because it sounded like it would have the support I want and because it would come fast. I have black and purple, and purple is quite light, so it might clash a bit if I go back to work and wear it with our school colors (blue and gold) on a denim day. However, my leg pain meant I needed delivery speed and we're distant now anyway. As soon as I put them on I noticed the difference. Sorry baby mama keep these shoes I wore them to run errands (before going into lockdown mode) and barely noticed the pain in my feet which made me hobble around barefoot. Rode them 3.5 miles in under an hour today and they are a million times better than what I was wearing. I ordered an 8.5 because depending on the shoe I'm sometimes an 8 and sometimes an 8.5. I have a toe width between the toe and the bottom of the shoe so I would say they fit well. Maybe 8 would be fine, but then again the legs are a little swollen from working out so they felt a bit small when I did.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • There are nuances
