I love speakers that look and sound great with my aftermarket deck. I can hear vocals and high frequencies at much lower volumes. I use them on a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria. I will say that there are some settings if you pay attention when setting it up. They do not fill the Ford 6x8 factory adapter plate found in the cars. It is offset to the side and must be held in the middle when screwing it in, otherwise there will be a gap and it will be installed crookedly. Another thing I haven't mentioned anywhere is if you use bolts like most on the car. The speaker bezel is smaller than the original speakers. The screws will now go through the mounting plate and into the metal of the door. It would be helpful to include shorter screws or indicate that they may be needed. Otherwise there could be scratches/dents on the doors, rattling or tension and the mounting plate could tear. I will say that after a few weeks they stop rattling. Just something to be aware of.
