So I used them because this year has been very yeasty for me and I have no idea why. But I had a hard time finding a natural way to heal. My friend told me that she uses silicone ice cream sticks, pours coconut oil in them, freezes them and uses when needed. I thought it was awesome so I bought them and they are perfect. I pour in a mixture of coconut oil and tea tree oil. I freeze them and when I have problems with my yoni I take out half of the stick and put it in. Immediate relief. I recommend it.
