They were perfect for my solar lights! My fixtures came with anchor bolts that could be bolted directly to brick or wood, but they were huge and I didn't have a good place to use them. So I found these extra large head screws that I could use to attach brackets to my roof or wood surfaces. I could have used shims for the fenders, but I liked them better because there are fewer parts to move. Black is also good because it makes the screw less visible compared to zinc or steel screws and bolts.
