Review on 🐠 TOP BRIGHT Magnetic Toddler Fishing Set by Brandon Reid

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The kid likes it. boring for me

I've only had the game for a few weeks, but the quality of the wood pieces, magnets and sticks is good. NO DIRECTIONS, no description of what should go with it. I had to go back to the article on Revain to see if it had all the right parts. I thought some kind of dice or scoreboard would be included. With no instructions or different ideas/versions on how to play the game, it's pretty easy and boring for me as an adult. But maybe that's a lack of imagination. You just collect the pieces and whoever has the most pieces or the pieces that add up to the most points wins. My 3 year old loves picking up the broken pieces but doesn't quite get the idea to coil the cord. . In the end, she holds the "hook" straight and attaches it to the magnet on the fish. Since there is no way to let go of the fish, he just shakes the rod until it flies away (not my preferred method), otherwise he grabs it. Since the lines are so short, it seems pointless to unwind the line. It is 4 inches long, hook the fish, coil it and then pull it off with your fingers. But my kid likes it at the moment. She learns the art of diapering. Maybe we'll both have a little more fun when she's older and we can get points.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
