they were very helpful in finding us our first office space! They helped with everything - negotiating lease terms (they are experts), set up service contracts for all equipment we own at their facility as well setup an annual maintenance contract etc., even helping my wife find her old job after she moved back home due lo health reasons so that I could keep working until retirement age without having worry about how long it would take me get hired again when needed later by another employer or self employed if need be.
