Product itself is fine and just like description but it came obviously used and repackaged. Caked on food and who knows what else, hair, etc. All in the inside, on the backside of the lid, on the siding inserts. Figured it was easier to throw it in the washing machine then fight a returns process but I didn't think to take pics until I had already turned it on. Hurried and grabbed the lid that was still dry and got one pic of the caked-on food. I'm not a fussy person so as long as it washes out we will use it (it's a trashcan after all not a dinner plate) but it's just poor customer service to not even clean a returned item before you ship it at new price to the next customer. Will not order from them again.
