I bought this model about five years ago. I tried constantly building them up with short walks and they seemed normal. However, a 10-mile walk soon proved that my initial estimate was an illusion. As others have noted the shoe is too small and the toe box is tight which puts pressure on the toes. After a 10 mile run, my toes hurt for quite a while. I never used them again until I found them in the garage the other day and decided to try again. My experience was the same even after a much shorter walk. It's time to throw them away. I totally agree with other reviewers who have noted that the shoe does not match in length or width.
