The description is misleading and too obscure.
I bought this to attach to a metal door frame. The misnomer is that the magnetic part is only where the two sides meet in the middle. I thought it had a magnetic strip on the outside to attach it to the door frame. It is not. It's also too dark. It looks gray in the photo, but it is black. It blocks a lot of light so I can't leave it on forever. I had to buy a really strong magazine to hang it up when I use it, but I have to take it off after each use because it makes my apartment so dark. Such a shame.
