I bought a watch strap in November 2020. It was nice and solid and the strap material is good quality (not cheap plastic). I also like that you can customize the watch face and bracelet. I wear it quite often (gym, work). I don't do anything crazy like repairing gear or climbing mountains. I also didn't take the watch off or put it on more than 3 or 4 times. Today the metal clasp came loose from the watch strap and now the strap is unusable. Unfortunately the return period has just passed so I can't return via Revain. I've had several much cheaper watch straps that haven't had any issues so it's a little disappointing that this one cost the same and then broke so quickly.
