Sloppy, incomplete, useless - wasted money

Arts and Crafts department...what a disappointment! As a result of using this product, I found that it barely held up my pictures - and even then, my artwork still looked sloppy and unprofessional. The hook looked incomplete and bent while my artwork hung tilted. The only pro was that it was a good price but a total waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a higher quality hanger..
