If you are ordering this item because you like the color shown I wouldn't worry! I ordered two for my girls to take to Disney on Ice. However, when they arrived they were pink and orange instead of pink and white as shown in the picture. I was initially okay with this, but quickly found out that one didn't work. I processed the return and replacement and when I received the replacement I was shocked to find it was the blue stick this time! What a headache! I hope my girls don't fight over sticks because I have two different colors now and am afraid to risk another return and replacement - who knows what color I might get! Aside from the color issue and getting something that didn't work, the wand is pretty and will likely work. Mostly frustrated by the lack of care to replace the exact item I ordered and the lack of an accurate picture as to the product colour.
