I was skeptical of the weight rating (100 lbs), but these are truly, strong magnets. EASILY supports the weight of couple of cordless drill type tools with their batteries. Impressive. Simple assembly and dead simple installation. like the video shows. The shelf gauge is stout and will absolutely take some serious use/abuse. I would have no qualms about dropping an expensive cordless tool into the yoke of this shelf (even a heavy duty impact driver). Great addition to the tool box (and, frees up valuable real estate INSIDE the tool chest)!
