The lips are not plump, shiny
The lips tingled for about 10 minutes. Haven't seen any results. It's very glossy so it creates the illusion of big lips. No instructions and doesn't tell you which bottle is lipstick or lip maximizer. The brown cap with the clear solution is the moisturizer and the other with the yellow solution is the lip augmentation.
