No elastics or ties for me

I bought these a while ago and I have to say I'm not impressed. I did not understand what is shown in the attachment. Some flowers I didn't get, and others I got five or six. Some hair bands were nice and fluffy. Others looked suspicious and ragged. The fluff falls out heavily. I really wanted to like this product. But I think you get what you pay for.
