BW2 is definitely the strongest bleach. This is my go-to when tinting my units from natural dark brown to blonde. In the photos you can see before and after using 40 volumes for 60 minutes. Perfect when I want a warm, light blonde. I only do two bleach baths when trying to go ash blonde but I never have to use 40 vol (2x) (after the first treatment I use 30 vol and I can use T18 toner and I get the perfect ash blonde.
