BW2 is definitely the strongest bleach. This is my go-to when tinting my units from natural dark brown to blonde. In the photos you can see before and after using 40 volumes for 60 minutes. Perfect when I want a warm, light blonde. I only do two bleach baths when trying to go ash blonde but I never have to use 40 vol (2x) (after the first treatment I use 30 vol and I can use T18 toner and I get the perfect ash blonde. But bleach that powder does its job very strong lightening shortens the processing time i only use for uae blue powder and i have to process 40 vol hair twice to get a real yellow blonde which does a lot of damage because it is not processed carefully afterwards but i stick with BW2 powder. In all the pictures above I show the end result of using BW2 powder with toner (T14, T18 and NEAUTRAL BLONDE) it usually only takes 60 minutes to be able to toner with NEUTRAL BLONDE TONE 30 VOLUME.
