EDIT: 3 stars then 5 stars and now we're at 1 star I gave this desk a bad rating at first because of defects and poor quality. I immediately noticed several shortcomings; However, I found them tolerable, so I continued to combine them. As I assembled each part, I noticed more and more imperfections. I wouldn't even unwrap it if I knew how bad it is. This put me in a difficult position as the only way I could get it back was to take it apart and repackage it, which is time consuming for something like a desk. go through difficult returns but leave negative feedback to protect other consumers. They then contacted me and said that if I change my rating to 5 stars they will refund my money and let me keep the table. Moral dilemma, but I'm bitten. I have changed my rating to 5 stars but worded it carefully with a focus on customer service rather than poor quality. A bit true at the moment. *and* then they never returned the money. So it's not just the quality of the table that matters. I also find their honesty and customer service below average.
