Not as cool as a digital counter, but cheap and works. Pretty easy to use if you have the right anchors.
Works very well and easy to use. Just make sure you fill the bottom of the meniscus with water and fuel. They go along the bottom edge of the meniscus. Do this and you will have no trouble getting accurate readings. I also used a plastic syringe to add fuel to the tube as it's easier to control the flow to get the exact amount needed. You can also use a glass pipette. The separation of the two liquids takes about 5 minutes. You don't need to shake it hard, a normal shake for about 5 seconds is enough.
