I have to admit I was a bit skeptical that this would be good for my baking but I think it could be perfect. The only thought I use this for is baking small rye bread. Bread doesn't stick to it (before I add it to the dough I coat it with oil). It bakes well and in the same amount of time compared to preheated cast iron. The main reason I got this is so I didn't have to transfer the risen dough to a new container and it works great! So. So far, it's good!
