My wife loves it! best in loaf pans

Durable finish that is easy to clean. The meatloaf was baked therein without using a sprinkler. What stuck very little to the pan washed out with little to no friction. The loaf of bread baked in it didn't stick at all to this large frying pan. The best finish we've found.

If you bake in the kitchen and dining room

If you bake a variety of things, this pan may be just what you need for your baking. Baking bread? Simply turn the pan upside down and a light tap on the bottom will make the bread fall out. Nothing has yet stuck to the surface of the pan, so it is very easy to clean.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • High price

Best Bread Pan: Kitchen & Dining

Well, it's great to find a loaf pan that is completely non-stick and safe to use (Teflon-free). I didn't trust this pan so I only bought one but the first time I used it the bread fell out of the pan unaided after cooking. If you are annoyed by bread sticking to the pan, try this pan. That's magic!

Really non-stick, suitable for the kitchen and dining room

I'm honestly shocked by this pan. I spent a little more because I wanted a nice pan that I could leave out for a while. I washed him for the first time and even the water beaded off this puppy and I hardly had to dry him! This takes the non-stick coating to a whole other level. I baked pumpkin bread in it and it came out like a dream - I hadn't even oiled or floured it before. Definitely worth the extra money.

  • Looks good

The title description is misleading!

I would give 0 stars if I could! I was looking for a ceramic bread pan and was thrilled when I came across this one! When I received the pan I was surprised to see that it was a METAL pan! yes metal It is simply coated to look like a real ceramic pot. I am so disappointed! The item is back! If you noticed another reviewer commented on rust on the bottom, here's why.

Pros
  • An absolute legend

Seems perfect for my purposes

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical that this would be good for my baking but I think it could be perfect. The only thought I use this for is baking small rye bread. Bread doesn't stick to it (before I add it to the dough I coat it with oil). It bakes well and in the same amount of time compared to preheated cast iron. The main reason I got this is so I didn't have to transfer the risen dough to a new container and it works great! So. So far, it's good!

Nonstick Coating: UPDATED best in loaf pans and loaf pans

UPDATE: I've made less than 10 banana loaves since I bought it last October, but the nonstick coating is visibly worn (rough to the touch). The handles are smooth, like new, but the inside has started to stick, despite oiling and careful maintenance every time. I try to just use a soft yellow sponge and soap each time to gently clean it and avoid anything hard. My bread/cake no longer falls out and sticks like it used to and is now difficult to clean. disappointed as I thought it would take aโ€ฆ

Fantastic bread molds!

I bought three of these different colors. I started out baking all the bread for our family and wanted to be able to bake multiple loaves of bread for any messy kitchen. These are high quality pans with an excellent non-stick coating. They are of heavy caliber and appear very massive. Very easy to hand wash between bakes. A note: if left upside down in the drying rack after washing, water will get into the bead around the rim of the pot. Slightly rusty water flows out of the pots when turnedโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Regular shaped loaf of bread - very easy to clean

I retired my freshman year and now we have a virus keeping us at home so I told my wife I've decided to make bread to bake. The first batch of bread was fantastically good, but there were some 'cosmetic' issues and trouble cleaning the pan that spoiled the experience a bit. Also, I killed our crappy hand mixer with dough hook, but that's probably another story. The pots we had were I believe 8 x 4.5 and plain aluminum. The loaves baked well, but with a tiny bottom and a huge top, they lookedโ€ฆ
