I was nervous as it was $100 cheaper than the Italian OG roller but this one works great. I've made a ton of pasta with it so far and no problem. If I roll the dough over a smooth roller, I do step 2. So I start at 7, put in the noodles, then turn to 5, then 3, then 1. Some people complain about the table sticking. I can see it's a bit wonky, but nothing to worry about, especially for $40 (or whatever they charge for it). You just need to find a good table/edge where the clamp will work properly. Otherwise, the roller shifts slightly, but that's a minor annoyance. Definitely buy it if you are looking for a cheap pasta roller. It's well done
