In addition, they provide excellent customer service in terms of responsiveness when an issue arises or question comes up that's not addressed by your particular account manager; it can sometimes take several days before you receive a response from them (or never). It would be nice if there was more transparency as far as how much each consultant charges per hour but this isn't always available. Also, we've had some consultants come onboard who have been less than stellar with regard to quality control/quality assurance issues - i realize these are common problems at many consulting firms so I'm sure this will improve over time given enough experience! They do offer free initial engagements which helps alleviate potential budget concerns early into any engagement process since most clients get really good value out of those meetings regardless of what happens later down the road. The main benefit being able to see where improvements need to happen first without having too long term commitment involved yet. We're using Flextronics Asset Management.
