I gave 3 stars because it REALLY REALLY makes it #2. It doesn't go with anything but when you mix it with orange or apple juice it tastes better . It doesn't flatten your stomach either, in fact I think I won when I used it. But I had to go and it did for me. Update March 19, 2019: I will buy this again because the doctor says I have a plumbing problem :( I'm not happy it's no longer a staple but I need a good cleaning and it works wonders. It's gross and doesn't flatten my stomach, but it cleans your system.
