Review on BOSTITCH MIIIFN 2 Inch Pneumatic Flooring by Ryan Gilliam

Best Heavy Duty Tool

This is a heavy duty tool that has places like home storage and Menards for rent for those who abuse it. Why do they use this brand instead of a more expensive or cheaper one? Because it's the industry standard and gives you the best bang for your buck. It's also easy to maintain, and service kits are available for $15 and give the tool a second life. It's essentially a large single piston, so has as few moving parts as possible. The only non-metal part is the base so it doesn't scratch the floor. It comes with multiple bases for different soil thicknesses and a movable base if you want to go that route. This is the only way to create a wooden floor. It should be noted that since the piston is too long (all floor nailers are like that) you will need a hand-held pneumatic tool like an angle nailer to push the parts that hit the wall. You can use either end of the hammer to drive the nail in. The hard end is designed so that when you're closer to the wall you can hit the plunger at a 90 degree angle, so you can basically place the plunger right against the wall and drive nails in. You will need to fold about 2 rows of 2 inch decking.
