includes a long tripod/selfie stick and a shorter one. The packaging was top notch. It was much lighter than it appears in the photo. It has 3 lighting modes: White, Natural and Daylight. Also, it has 2 phone holders that fit in the flashlight. It says "Selfie" on it, but it needs to be plugged into a power source to use the light. Of course you can also use the stick as a tripod or selfie stick. I think it would be great for zoom calls from your phone or if you are using your computer it really lights up the area so people can see you clearly. surprised and happy with this purchase
