They didn't fit me. Not sure if the bag had the wrong part (the bag has the correct markings) but they definitely aren't capable of converting an E11 fitting to an E12/chandelier bulb. The base of the E11 was so small that it didn't touch the socket, but simply tucked into the socket, leaving clearance. The E12/candelabra side was also too small for the bulb, the base didn't fit. Luckily I found another version of the same size that worked great.
