Defective and they are shipping a used product
As soon as I plugged in the unit there was inconsistent noise coming from it. He ran, then slowed, stopped, and started running again, making crackling noises. When I opened the device to insert the DVD, there was a Harry Potter DVD. I put my DVD in anyway to see if it would boot up and if it wasn't working properly. Obviously this is a used product that was probably returned because it broke and the seller just sent it to someone else.
