My boyfriend and I bought this bag for an outdoor event. I was very disappointed in this product for a number of reasons. The mouthpiece can be easily removed when trying to unlock the pipe for drinking. The construction of the bag was relatively solid, but the pocket/zipper location is much more limited than it looks as most of the zippers open into the same main pocket as the hydration bladder. a water bladder that makes a mess when you try to fill your bladder full. The lid/seal on the bladder itself is an absolute disaster as several parts of the lid can come loose while trying to seal the bladder. In general, I would not have had any problems with this item at its price if the bladder itself had worked without any problems. From the looks of it, I've had other hydration packs for the price that were significantly more reliable. I regret purchasing this item.
