I had several complaints about this handbag but I have 2 big problems, it is very small yes lots of pockets but they are so small they are useless, and my biggest problem - the flash is very low and to close the sides it cuts my joints every time! I have scars on my arms from this purse. At least once a week I go out covered in blood unless I leave my pockets open. Could use a lot of upgrades then it would be great
