I haven't had any bluetooth pairing issues like everyone else. Got it the first time in less than a minute. That doesn't mean it's not difficult, maybe I just got lucky. I received a white controller and it has some scuffs like the item has been used and returned what a mess. The photo is not very clear, but the green abrasion on the right is very noticeable. There's not that much gray next to the left joystick, I didn't even realize it was there. I'm considering replacing it as pure white was kind of part of the aesthetic. Feels cheap. The buttons are quite loud, but work great. An amazing option if a professional controller is currently out of your price range. I don't know how I connected it so easily the first time, but I can't connect it again.
