Works generally as expected but 1) Beware of using the day pass - it expires at midnight in the GMT+8 time zone. The package description does not make this clear or warn you that you will be purchasing a pass that expires in an hour instead of a "day" as stated in the schedule. 2) Trying to get help in such a case is impossible. The support team is 100% unhelpful as all they say is that the package is outdated and non-refundable. Doesn't even just renew or credit a day pass - all for a whopping $1.50. And forget about asking the manager for help or intervention: you don't have it. So if this is typical of their customer service, hopefully you never have to contact them.
