My spin mop handle broke so I ordered a new handle. I chose this one because it came with two free mops. Felt like a winner. Well, once you've assembled it, you can't move the handle. There are two white pieces attaching the handle to the base, they are too long. They do not allow free movement of the handle. So you can't clean under things. In one position and all. The first one I got was on its side so it could only be used that way and it was difficult to twist. The second was at the top. I pushed it to the side and decided that if it did break it would break. It didn't break and I tried cutting off the excess but that didn't work either. So I would give 5 stars if the product didn't have this big flaw. The company is very pleasant. They quickly replaced the head, but as I said, they replaced it with the same one. Unfortunately I should have just bought a spinning mop handle instead of trying this one. my lesson
