The spring of the phone holder has jumped out and got lost, see photo. After that it was useless. We went to Yellowstone National Park and were disappointed that we couldn't take more photos with this selfie stick. Used no more than 5 times. It was good while it lasted, unfortunately it didn't last very long. Hoping the seller will get it right and send a replacement part because I don't think we can buy it on our own and I don't have a return window. Wouldn't buy again based on this experience.
